Returns & Refunds

As our products are handcrafted bead jewelry and do not carry an expiry date, we accept refund requests under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund

  • You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

  • Refunds are not applicable for products that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or custom-made/personalized orders unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share photos/videos clearly showing the issue to info@tierracare.com.

  • After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery.

  • Used or altered items.

  • Sale or clearance items.
